The first step in our process is to set up a call and tell us your story: how can we help? No request is too big or too small, and we’re happy to help you figure out your next step forward. If you are ready, we will move ahead and schedule your FREE in home consultation

Step Two:
Let’s Meet

We’ll arrange a time for us to visit you and/or the property, where we can say hi in person, get to know you better, give you a chance to get to know us, and do a full review of your project. This will help us see the scope, the size, and be able to accurately predict timelines, as well as offer what we call our “True, Reasonable and Fair Quote”—the best price, for the best service, with the best team, for the best clients. (That’s you!)

Step Three:
Let’s Design Your True Curation Plan™️ 

During our visit we will get to work designing your True Curation Plan™️. This plan will be structured exclusively for your timeline. We will outline each step of the process, and how we’re going to tackle it specifically to your needs. It includes details such as: what tasks you would like us to complete, how long we estimate it will take, along with any special requests.

Step Four:
Let’s Approve the Project & Timeline

If you’re happy and excited to move forward, we will provide a detailed contract and all we’ll need is your John Hancock and a small deposit to hold your date. We bill in a simple and straightforward hourly format, with no hidden charges. We will provide our best estimate of time required to complete the job. If additional hours are needed, we’ll let you know immediately so we can make the best decision for you, together.

Step Five:
Let’s Begin the Project!

On your dedicated kick-off date, we’ll show up “with bells on” and get to work. You can choose to either be on-site or off-site—the decision is entirely yours. We’ll work diligently through our agreed-upon plan, and if anything comes up where we need clarification, we’ll request it right away. You’ll know exactly what’s happening with your things at all times.

Step Six
Let’s Finalize

We’ll wrap up your project neatly on time, and will ask you to complete a thorough review and walk-through to make sure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We’ll tie up any loose ends, and make sure nothing slips through the proverbial hardwood-floor cracks. And, if there’s anything else you need our team for, we can talk about that, too.
